Prayer and Meditation
To be of service is one of the greatest blessings that we can receive. Through service, we purify the heart, so that we can hear the voice of God. We become a living expression of God’s love in that the way that we lead our life.
The ashram offers service opportunities through our various departments, including publications, the homeless shelter, the animal shelter, and outreach programs with hospitals, prisons, and the United Nations.
The ashram is also open for study, prayer, and meditation on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Please note that, as a community, we observe traditional brahmacharya (celibacy). We are a community of brothers and sisters. We ask that all dress modestly when attending programs. People of any orientation are welcome.
