Meditation for World Peace
with Myo Ji Sunim, Swamini Sri Lalitambika Devi, and Swami Nadabrahmananda
Free

Feel the vibration and share it with the world. As we discover the peace within, so we awaken world peace. Myo Ji Sunim of Chogyesa Zen Temple will open the event with chanting for peace. We will then sit with the silent presence of Swamini Sri Lalitambika Devi from Lalitamba Mandiram and the celestial sounds of Swami Nadabrahmananda from Ananda Ashram, for a 108-minute meditation. A simple reception with tea, fruit, and cookies will follow. Please join us for this joyful celebration! Sponsored by the URI-UN Council, Global Mala, and participating centers. Om Tat Sat Om.

The yoga postures are a way to release tension and restore vitality. The teachings offered in this open-level class reflect aspects of the Divine Feminine to nourish, nurture, and awaken us to our inner strength. Yoga brings us home to the heart, so that we can expand in the limitless presence that we truly are. The experience is an offering for the liberation of all sentient beings. We are currently exploring Chapter I of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. (We are up to Sutra 25.)
